This course focuses on enhancing users’ skills in Virtual Commissioning using Siemens Process Simulate. It is designed for participants who have completed the Process Simulate Essentials course or possess equivalent experience.
Course Overview
The course introduces key Virtual Commissioning features, including integration with PLCSIM Advanced, signal export/import and mapping, and using PLCs to control resource positions and motions. Additionally, participants will receive an overview of Fanuc Robot Backup loading and the Safety Robots Manager. Essential topics such as signal control and robot programming, previously covered in the Essentials training, will be revisited to reinforce understanding. After completing this training, participants will be equipped to perform Virtual Commissioning effectively within Process Simulate.

- Basic computer skills: Windows OS, MS-Office, Internet Browser, etc.
- Process Simulate essential skills.
- TIA Portal and PLCSIM Advanced essential skills and software (trials may be available).
