This course will provide users with a strong foundation in the basics of Tecnomatix Process Simulate Essentials software. It will cover the software’s UI, basic modeling tools, robot operation simulation and analysis, and Cyclic Event Evaluator (CEE) simulation.
After completing this training, users will be able to use Process Simulate to model a basic work cell with robot operations. Users will also gain the ability to control robot operations using signals and sensors, then generate customized analysis to improve the work line.
Course Overview
This training introduces participants to Process Simulate (PS). The course is designed to help users get started with the software by covering its user interface, basic modeling tools, robot operation simulation, cyclic event evaluation (CEE), and Line Simulation techniques. Manufacturing Process Planner (MPP) in Teamcenter (TC) will be briefly introduced to explain its role in connecting Process Simulate with Teamcenter. However, it is not the primary focus of this training.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to model a basic robotic work cell in Process Simulate, simulate and control robot operations using signals and sensors, and perform customized analysis to optimize production lines and improve efficiency.
Prerequisites
- Basic computer skills: Windows OS, MS-Office, Internet Browser, etc.
